This single-origin coffee is one of four harvest bags produced by Vilma Apaza out of Peru and we’re absolutely loving it. With notes of raw sugar, strawberry, and cherry, this is one of the most crisp and clean coffees that we’ve ever had. Come next year, we hope to buy out Vilma’s full lot, in order to make this exceptional coffee a Gallery staple.
